I noticed this too, somewhat annoying when trying to minimise listening
services. Marcin, I have managed to work around this issue with the
following command:

sudo unlink /etc/systemd/user/gnome-session.target.wants/gnome-remote-
desktop.service

Now when enabling/disabling the remote desktop service a symlink is
instead created/removed at

~/.config/systemd/user/gnome-session.target.wants/gnome-remote-
desktop.service

and as such the user's on/off preference is respected.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. sharing
  3. Disable Remote Desktop and Sharing
  4. Restart PC

  problem: Remote Desktop is enabled. seems to be connected with RDP
