Public bug reported: snap 97.0-2 from latest/stable/ubuntu-22.04 on Ubuntu 22.04 Alpha
I am unable to use the Firefox snap (or Chromium snap) to view documentation provided by apt packages. Suggestion ========== Could we whitelist /usr/share/doc/ and /usr/share/gtk-doc/ to let browsers access these files? Workaround ========== Install epiphany-browser which is currently still provided as a traditional non-sandboxed browser. ** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: jammy snap -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to firefox in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1960546 Title: [snap] can't view system installed html documentation Status in firefox package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: snap 97.0-2 from latest/stable/ubuntu-22.04 on Ubuntu 22.04 Alpha I am unable to use the Firefox snap (or Chromium snap) to view documentation provided by apt packages.
