so please start by uninstalling that and to be sure also run:
cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
rm -rf extensions
and then log in again.
If the problem still happens after that then while it is happening
please run:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
