* Installed Nvidia GPU driver
* On laptop with Nvidia RTD3 supported GPU. Execute 'sudo gpu-manager',
/run/nvidia_runtimepm_supported will be created
[Where problems could occur]
* With non-laptop machine use RTD3 supported GPU may use more power.
But based on Nvidia READ, such case should not happen
