Title:
  Settings crashes on Displays setting

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Do the following steps and the app will crash:
  1. On "Displays" tab, enable "Fractional Scaling".
  2. Select any "fractional scale" (125%, 150%, 175%). No need for "Apply".
  3. Turn off "Fractional Scaling". The app will crash (exit).
