Bug description:
Screen tearing for video playback is observed after screen is rotated 180
degree in Ubuntu 20.04, Gnome Vanilla, X11. We haven't seen the issue in
Wayland.
Here are the steps to reproduce the issue.
1) Install Ubuntu 20.04.
2) Play video on ubuntu 20.04.
3) Turn on 'auto rotation" in setting to rotate the screen; Or use 'xrandr -o
2' to rotate the screen.
4) Screen tearing is observed for 100% reproducible after rotation.
5) It is happening on all of video contents with dynamic scene changing.
