The wording might be a bit confusing but what it states is

'Command 'pdftopcf' not found, did you mean:

  command 'bdftopcf' from deb xfonts-utils (1:7.7+6)'

Basically the pdftopcf command you are trying to use isn't available but it's 
suggesting bdftopcf which is close enough in naming in case you did a typo and 
that's what you meant.
Checking for pdftopcf on the upstream xorg gitlab has no result, are you sure 
that utility exists?
