Title:
  Center new windows by default

Status in Mutter:
  Unknown
Status in mutter package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
Place new windows in the center, not in the top left corner. Can you
imagine if this was happening on other operating systems?

There was a bug report that there was no option to start windows
  centered -
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/1298263

Yet this is not the end of the problem - the windows should open in
the center *by default*, not as a hidden option in dconf ->
  org/gnome/mutter/center-new-windows.
