Eclipse 4.6.3 has compact widgets and layout using Ambiance theme in
ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS. However, when using default Yaru theme, the look and
feel has huge padding and layout. GTK 3.20+ has this issue. Ubuntu 16.04
has proper themeing.
