Hello Olivier, or anyone else affected, Accepted adwaita-icon-theme into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/adwaita- icon-theme/3.36.1-2ubuntu0.20.04.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
