Bug description:
The sound crackles and lags. I thought that the problem is flash
plugin but after I have uninstalled it, the problem still remains.
Even system sounds (played audio, skype notifications etc) has lags
and distortion. I tried few common solutions from ubuntu forums but
nothing helped.
