Bug description:
  My Laptop, Lenovo ZHAOYANG E46A, with a IDT 92HD81B1C5 HDA Codec. The volume 
of the internal speaker is extremely low with alsamixer set to max level. 
  The distro installed is Ubuntu 12.04, and updated alsa doesn't help.
