NO sound After updating from Kernel 3.0.0-15 to 3.0.0-16

Bug description:
i made lastly
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
there were te kernel upgrading from 3.0.0-15 to 3.0.0-16. After the reboot
there is no sound!
Please what to do!??
This is really no comfort, if after any update a running configuration
strikes in essential parts....
I never saw this in a Windows-Environment! ;-(
