I am facing the same problem. Can confirm that only input 1 works regardless of language. And that keyboard shortcuts with Super work regardless.
Here is my extra 2 cents: When I go into 'Show keyboard layout' to see which keypresses are registered, the left super key is not registered but the right one is.
