Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
1) Description: Ubuntu Focal Fossa (development branch)
Release: 20.04
2) gnome-control-center:
Installiert: 1:3.36.1-1ubuntu2
Installationskandidat: 1:3.36.1-1ubuntu2

3) I change the rotation of my screen to 90/270 degrees (its the
vertical second screen of my system) using the gnome-control-center
4) the rotation changes are discarded and my two screen overlap as if
the relative position of the screens was applied but not the rotation.
a few weeks back this still worked in the focal channel.
