Public bug reported:

Description: Ubuntu Focal Fossa (development branch)
Release: 20.04

system-config-printer:
  Installed: 1.5.12-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.5.12-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1.5.12-0ubuntu1 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

It was expected to found the printer by IP, add the ports and protocols
available.

It partially worked, I was able to add the printer, but it was stuck at a loop
adding the same
IP address at list on right side.
