Public bug reported:
on a 4k monitor the default 96dpi setting is typically too small to work
with. setting it to eg 120dpi the guis become more readable.
unfortunately, chromium browser from the snap package on ubuntu 19.04
does still comes with ultra tiny font for the url text window.
