  eog is not the default option to open images (jpg, png, svg)

Bug description:
  After updating to focal dev, when opening a jpg or png file, it is opened by 
Gimp instead of eog as it was in eoan.
  Also, eog doesn't even appear as an option in the "open with..." menu.
