  Double notifications: first content, then "app is ready"

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I'm getting double notifications in Focal. First, the actual content
  of the notification, like an irc ping. Then, a few seconds later,
  another one saying that "App <foo> is ready" (hexchat in this case).
