  Click on dash icon to minimize focused app.

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu 19.10
  2) Dock
  3) Clicking on a focused dash icon should minimize the focused app.
  4) Nothing happens when a user clicks on a focused app dash icon, if the app 
is in focus.
