Well, the eog-plugins part is easy enough to fix.  I'll add an enhances
on top of the latest Debian revision.

  Eye ofGnome doesn't recommend that you install its plugins.
  There's no way in to see in Ubuntu Software Centre that eog even has plugins 
to potentially install.
  The plugins are useful.
