3) What is expected to happen in a blank LibreOffice Writer document
is when one has View -> Toolbars -> Drawing checked -> on the Drawing
toolbar click downward facing triangle all the way on the right ->
Visible buttons... -> Vertical Text and the Vertical Text icon
populates on the Drawing toolbar.
4) What happens instead is the Drawing toolbar shifts a back and forth
once quickly but never shows the Vertical Text icon.
