That does not make sense, apparently. Changed it so the usb-modeswitch binary depends on tcl8.6, and the TCL dispatcher is run using /usr/bin/tclsh8.6. The tcl8.6-dev build depend proved to not be needed, so I dropped it. Actually there is not much building happening. Not sure if that is an indication that something is wrong...
