There is no GUI or button to "Reset Top and Bottom Panels". Currently the best solution is: gconftool-2 – -shutdown OR gconftool – -recursive-unset /apps/panel rm -rf ~/.gconf/apps/panel pkill gnome-panel I propose that a GUI or Reset Panels button be created in an update.
