ok - the common factor between gnome-shell and budgie-desktop is
"mutter".
As such I am going to unmark this as UbuntuBudgie.

The error is: error: glCopyImageSubData failed, glGetError returned
0x502
I can confirm OBS works fine for me with other compositors such as the
KDE compositor and XFCE compositor.
