We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. This bug was reported some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) reached end-of-life on April 28, 2017.
Does anyone still see a problem related to the one that was reported
when using a currently supported version of Ubuntu? Please let us know
if you do otherwise this report can be left to expire in approximately
60 days time.
Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.

Title:
After upgrade to Firefox 13 extensions and skins aren't fully loaded
Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
After upgrading the Firefox to version 13 it doesn't completely loads
the extensions and skins any more. When going to Extras->Add-ons the
lists for both extensions and skins are completely empty, even though
the default skin and quite some extensions are installed. Some of the
them are working (No-Script, Ghostery) while others display an error
message on the start of firefox and are not working (Flagfox).
Going to about:support also displays an empty list of extensions.
