Title:
  File,Edit,View,Etc Application menu is missing since update. profile
  reset & reinstall does nothing

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I believe this has occurred since the last update, but this did not
  occur on a machine I use.

  I've tried renaming the profile and tried reinstalling libreoffice via
  synaptic.

  1) $ lsb_release -rd
  Description:  Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS

  2) $ apt-cache policy libreoffice
  libreoffice:
