Bug description:
[ Impact ]
Gnome-shell in Bionic spams the journal with error such as:

not defined
_sliderChanged/this._notifyVolumeChangeId<@resource:///org/gnome/shell/ui/status/volume.js:163:17
When changing the volume scrolling over the volume indicator.
[ Test case ]
- Run `journalctl -ef -b0 /usr/bin/gnome-shell`
- Scroll with the mouse over the volume indicator
- No error should be spammed by gnome-shell metnioning a ReferenceError
[ Regression potential ]
None, a JS include is missing, and adding it can't canuse any trouble.
