I'm not sure to understand what you wrote between bracket as some of us here (including me) have fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04 or 18.10 . You mean that it will be solved with 19.04? That's a good news but the LTS is 18.04 so it would be nice to have this corrected for the next 18.04.3...
