Title:
Make Desktop Background In Nautilus Makes No Sense and Bad Positioning

Status in One Hundred Papercuts:
  Fix Released
Status in nautilus package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When you right click on a picture in Nautilus there is a button "Make
Desktop Background" but this is too close to "Move To The Rubbish Bin"
countless times, when I am trying to get rid of a picture I have set
it as my wallpaper, surely I can't be the only one to keep doing this.

Also "Make Desktop Background" makes no sense as it should be more
  like "Set As Desktop Background"
