Volume is busy. "Unmount Anyway" never works.

Bug description:
When unmounting a disk which is in use, it indicates what application
is using that disk with the following message:
Volume is busy
One or more applications are keeping the volume busy
[Window Name \ Command as seen by 'ps x']
(Cancel) (Unmount Anyway)
Clicking the "Unmount Anyway" option doesn't work; it loops the same
message.
