Bug description:
This is the case for all longer descriptions of shortcuts.
Example.
Open system-settings -> keyboard -> tab shortcuts -> screenshots
The description of recently added shortcuts isn't visible in full length.
(screenshot; ignore the shadows) Added a cleaner screenshot.
Basically the window isn't resizable, it even ignores ccsm window size rules.
No tooltip available to clarify description.
Expected.
Add tooltip on mouse hover which displays description in full length.
In the long term rather allow window to be resizable which may also solve
truncated string length on main window or when using custom fonts and size.
