Bug description:
Supposedly Ubuntu 17.10 does not use printer drivers now. I was
excited, because I have been using Ubuntu for 5 years now and printers
work like crap with Linux in general and Ubuntu specifically. Thought
now I just may get my Epson XP-430 to actually print AND scan at the
same time flawlessly like it does in Windows. But I still can not
print anything. Figures. One would think Printers would be something
that could be fixed.
