But now after upgrading to GNOME 3.20 I have found that with all themes that on YouTube and many other sites the text is white on white background meaning the only way to see it is to highlight it, but in a search box this is very annoying as you can imagine. I am running Firefox version 46.0.1 and have linked a possibly related upstream bug.
