  Toolbar missing in some filetypes

Status in gedit package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Gedit just for a moment shows a toolbar in certain filetypes, then the
  toolbar gone, but left a blank space between the main toolbar and the
  documents tabs.

  This happen in html, css, php, python. But not in txt files.
