Title:
  Everything crushes when I try to open Settings

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 18.04

  When I try to open Settings everything crashes!
  After selecting Settings app or clicking Settings icon from top right corner, 
I see black screen and a bit after that the login screen.
