to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

Title:
  network-manager can not save changes with option "Ask for this
  password every time" option when using WPA 2 Personal

Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  There is a limitation of "8 to 64 characters", so you can not save the
  settings, so you can not use the "Ask for this password every time"
  option

  We can handle this by changing the limit from "0 character to 64
  letters" from the source code, but I think that it is not the best way
  ...
