Title:
Thunderbird stopped working correctly after updating Ubuntu ????

Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: thunderbird

I do not know whether this is a bug or not but... after updating,
Thunderbird began showing such things as "subject" which was blank
when I clicked on an email. I then would check another e mail and only
get coding - no message. When I have my Thunderbird automatically
rerouted my gmail account, it can be read. Do I have a setting wrong
or has it been messed up by my update? I just attempted to open TB in
another screen to get version but can't get it to open.
