Ubuntu 18.04 with Unity. Where the name of application is expected in global menu ( or locally integrated menu ) Unknown Application Name shows instead. It happened 2-3 first times I opened Nautilus. Completed LibreOffice installation with its metapackage, still… If launched from the general « libreoffice » launcher ( libreoffice- startcenter ) then any subsequent windows has LibreOffice as its name ( but not LO-writer or Lo-cal or… just LibreOffice ). …ok.
