Trying to run totem on an 18.04LTS system recently upgraded from a
16.04LTS system. This is the error reported. Totem doesn't even start,
much less play the video. The file exists on a local drive, and is
playable in vlc and even when chrome is browsing the directory.
$ totem peepbrulee.mp4
