We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
We would like to close this bug report as it refers to old versions of
Ubuntu and Firefox but before we do we are asking do you still see a
problem related to the one that you reported?

This mis-behavior is repeatable for me.
Using Yahoo mail.
1) press the New button to begin composing a new email
2) In the 'To:' field type a few letters of a name to launch yahoo's
auto-completion drop down list.
3) Press the '<-' - "Go Back One Page" button.
Notice that the drop-down list persists on yahoo screens that
shouldn't have it.
