Bug description:
On Ubuntu LTS 18.04, after the recent Firefox update to version
60.0+build2, localization is deactivated presenting the browser only
in english. In the languages section all language packs are
deactivated citing incompatibilities with the present version.
Performing a language support check in Ubuntu Settings do not resolve
this issue.
