firefox disables autohidden docks or topbar after watching videos in

Bug description:
Using Ubuntu 18.04 with auto hidden dash to dock and top bar. When I
play a full screen video in maximized Firefox with about a minute or
more, then exit the full screen video the and try to unhide the top
bar or the dock by moving the mouse to the top or left edge of the
screen it doesn't work. If I unmaximize Firefox, of course, I could
make the top or the left bar/dock show. But if I maximize it again
then it will not work. For the other firefox windows which were not
used to view a full screen video, they can show the dock/top bar fine.
Google Chrome, also, doesn't exhibit this bug.
