I've tried to do the same(login twice as same user, but with different desktop environments). Why I can't do that? I want to login twice because there are some applications and libraries(for example, jinput,minecraft) that can capture mouse and 'forget' to release it when losing focus(for example, I press <Alt>+<Tab>, and I can not use mouse to click buttons in other applications, and all clicks are sent to the window that captured the mouse).
