  Unlock screen does not accept correct password

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The unlock screen that you get after locking the computer will
  sometimes not accept the correct password. If I switch to tty1 I can
  login with the same, correct password fine and if I reboot the
  computer (lose all my open apps and unsaved data), the password works
  fine as well.
