* Use sys_vendor to determine vendor (LP: #1765400)
After a discussion with Entroware, the SMBIOS spec infer that we should
prefer sys_vendor to chassis_vendor for collecting Vendor information.
Use that field and update tests thus.
Thanks to Michael Wilson for pointing it out.

Title:
OEM vendor information set to chassis vendor
Status in ubuntu-report package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Currently the OEM vendor is being pulled from
/sys/class/dmi/id/chassis_vendor and not /sys/class/dmi/id/sys_vendor
which is the correct source. sys_vendor is pulled from type 1 and
contains the correct SMBIOS OEM values.
