Public bug reported:
At random times after having the system running for a few hours this
starts happening:
- I don't have any Nautilus window open (I previously dad and at some point
closed all of them)
- I click on Nautilus' launcher icon
- it kind of blinks for like 30 seconds (by the way, that's barely noticeable,
that sucks on its own)
and then nothing happens, no Nautilus window opens up, no error message
shows up (that's another thing that is wrong on its own, you should
ALWAYS get an error message when something fails) and the Launcher icon
finally stops blinking.
I retry a few times, same result.
So I open a terminal and try to launch Nautilus from there, so at least
I get the fucking error messages:
$ nautilus
(nautilus:18764): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **:
g_dbus_interface_skeleton_unexport: assertion
'interface_->priv->connections != NULL' failed
(nautilus:18764): GLib-GIO-CRITICAL **: g_dbus_interface_skeleton_unexport:

Could not register the application: Timeout was reached

instance
(nautilus:18764): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: g_signal_connect_object:
assertion 'G_TYPE_CHECK_INSTANCE (instance)' failed
For fuck's sake please switch to some other file manager, Nautilus is
pathetic.
