is that still an issue? there are almost no report on the e.u.c bucket
which suggests it's not something others are hitting on the live session
or that the issue doesn't get reported correctly by other users?

  1. Boot to a live session
  2. Wait until deja-dup crashes

deja-dup.  This problem was most recently seen with package version 
37.1-0ubuntu1, the problem page at

traceback, and individual crash reports.
