Title:
Colours of tracked changes change after crash

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I collaborate with a colleague on a document and use the change
tracking. Libreoffice crashes sometimes. This is annoying, but not too
much, as there is the auto-recovery. However, it is very annoying that
the colours of the tracked changes are different after reloading the
crashed document. The edits of my colleague were yellow and mine were
blue, now the colours are swapped. I did not find a way to swap the
  colours back.
