unity-control-center

Bug description:
After upgrade to "wily" HWE Stack "User Accounts" do not start.
After that if I try to close "System Settings" window, it pops up
again. There is no way to close it.
If I run
unity-control-center user-accounts
I get
libwayland-egl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Failed to load module:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/unity-control-center-1/panels/libuser-accounts.so
This means that "unity-control-center" should depend on "libwayland-
egl1-mesa-lts-wily"
